About T.B.I.

Who I Am and Why T.B.I. Endurance Coaching Exists

Built from lived experience, personal rebuilding, and the quiet work of continuing forward.

My name is Dameon. I am an Army veteran, an endurance athlete, and someone who has had to rebuild himself more than once.

T.B.I. Endurance Coaching was not born from hype, trends, or a desire to impress anyone. It came from lived experience, years of struggle, discipline, and the quiet work of showing up when life felt heavy. Endurance became more than a sport. It became a lifeline.

Why T.B.I. exists

T.B.I. exists because endurance provided structure when structure was needed, purpose when purpose was needed, and a way to rebuild through effort, discipline, and consistency. It is being built for real people, real struggle, and real transformation.

Built from experience

T.B.I. concepts are rooted in lived miles, personal rebuilding, and lessons developed through endurance training.

A path with structure

T.B.I. gives athletes a clear, honest way to move forward, one Training Block at a time.

Coaching rooted in grit

This is not only about becoming faster. It is about becoming stronger, more consistent, capable, and resilient.

The coaching methodology

Endurance training is identity work.

Athletes are not only preparing for races or goals. Athletes are learning who they become under stress, fatigue, uncertainty, and adversity.

Decision priority

  1. Athlete wellbeing
  2. Long-term development
  3. Durability
  4. Consistency
  5. Performance

The decision question

Which option best supports the athlete’s long-term development?

“The finish line matters. Who the athlete becomes on the way there matters more.”

Human-led coaching

Coaching is a partnership built through trust, communication, honesty, accountability, and support. Plans adapt to the athlete. Recovery is productive work. Strength is foundational.
